<p>Likely either #2 or maybe #3. Araki has a tendency to not write ahead, so I think it's more likely #2.

<p>If that's true, then why remove her on purpose? He edited Mitsuba, which means he had to have consciously remove her on purpose unless one of his editors really doesn't like her or something.
