<p>Never said he has control over them. Just that the predictions take into account whether Diavolo skips time or not during them. Cause otherwise some of them become impossible to reach. </p><p>He predicted himself killing Giorno, if he'd predict himself appearing behind GER, without touching him... that'd have worked. GER wasn't being attacked. He's susceptible to time powers as long as they don't justify the RtZ activation (GER was literally punching air during the initial time skip). </p><p>However were him to receive such prediction, given GER's base stats he'd be pummeled instantly if he were to try to approach him without skipping time </p>

<p>But he dodges the bullets, he neither touches them nor deflect them. Their trajectory is the same that was predicted. </p>

<p>That is indeed very debatable. If we talk about The World from part 3, it is almost unlikely that Diavolo will defeat DIO, reasons? Regeneration and immortality (if he opened a hole he would not die), superior senses (if Diavolo appears behind him to harm him, DIO will notice), superior speed (if DIO realizes Diavolo's position, The World would react and hit him, very likely considering that Giorno could cover himself from one of his attacks), time stop (he uses it and Diavolo can be considered dead). Now, if we talk about THE WORLD part 7 comes the debatable, everything would depend on Diego's reaction to the time skip and if Diavolo does not kill him quickly, because if Diego manages to survive at least one already has the victory. In short, if we talk specifically about stands in battle, The World wins in almost all aspects, King Crimson could only beat it if it kills the user. </p>

<p>True, it's kinda difficult to compare the abilities of both stands alone - their are almost always in synchrony with their user: The World from part 3 is the strongest time stopping stand cause DIO's a vampire. I'd say given the combo of both powers DIO's indeed stronger. </p><p>Regarding Diego... that's another issue: he's shown to be more of a trap setting enemy (at least against Johnny). They'd not work against King Crimson's powers, yet Diavolo shouldn't be able to reach him on foot if he's moving on horse... it'd heavily depend on whether they know about each other powers and the place of the battle. </p>
