Reminder, ger can think independently of its user, so it wouldn't be restricted from defending giorno in his dream, also that e in range though, you have to be within one to two meters for it to work and you have to be asleep, I think it's more powerful than a lot of other people but I'd put it in the top 30, but not the top 10

Actually no it doesn't. Requiem stands work independently of its user, that is verifiably true. Then again I wouldn't expect much when you called it Golden win instead of gold experience... I don't think the title is actually supposed to be saying it's the strongest stand, and more of that it's way stronger than anyone gives it credit for, but knowing hell it could be stronger than G.E.R.
