Backstory: Neno is a scientist/doctor at the S-city central hospital. She spent alot of her time at trying to find a way to actually heal people of the newly discovered Conen-1330 virus. Until she got stabbed by a mysterious Arrow witch awakened her stand, Placebo.

This ability is pretty simple. If you eat a pill created by Placebo anything you think and belive it will do it will happen. The user dousen't control the effect of the pill but if she tells someone that it will cure flu and they think that it cures flu it will actually do that.
