My reasoning for why Gold Experience Requiem would beat Tusk Act 4. It's simple. GER can reverse any action to zero. He has never been shown to have a limit to this. The infinite death loop is proof. Diavolo is infinitedly dying and coming back to life, even without the presence of GER. Tusk Act 4 is the embodiment of the Infinite Spin. It is made of it, however, time still effects it. He can move in stopped time, but only a little. So, infinite rotation STILL has it's limits. It could cross dimensional barriers with it's power, but GER's RTZ does that too, as when time was ERASED (Not stopped. Erased), Diavolo existed in a world outside time and space, and GER's ability followed him. It followed him to another dimension just like Infinite Rotation did. However, here is the destinct difference. Infinite Rotation only seemed effective in a certain time. DIO mentioned Tusk Act 4 could move, even in stopped time, but the rate was slow. This means time can effect it. If GER is hit by the infinite rotation, he can reverse it back to it's origin. The Infinite Rotation is indeed infinite. But nothing that doesn't start out as infinite can not automatically become infinite. It can just expand it's power at a never ending rate. If it were true, Funny Valentine would have been anihilated immediately by the spin. But he wasn't. It was finite crowing at an infinite rate. All of this gives me reason to believe that the infinite rotation CAN be effected by Return to Zero. Take time back to the point before you were struck with it. The reason why FV could escape was, despite jumping dimensions, time was still flowing forward. If time had flowed backwards, it would have reversed the flow of the infinite rotation back to point zero (The only way Johnny could stop it was to cancel it out with rotation going the OPPOSITE direction). GER should be able to withstand the infinite rotation. And the point about it is simple. Tusk Act 4 may have infinite power, but Johnny Joestar does not, and Tusk is subject to Johnny's will. This means that GER can return Johnny's will to use infinite rotation to zero, and Tusk Act 4 must follow it. Remember that Johnny was subject to time stop, even when Tusk Act 4 was still moving a little. Even if Tusk Act 4 could move, Johnny could not, meaning Tusk couldn't do anything anyways. And as we saw with Diavolo, even stands with 4th dimensional capabilities are subject to RTZ. Tusk 4 is low-grade 4th dimensional, even when made up of infinite rotation. This means that Infinite Rotation is low-grade 4th dimensional while GER's RTZ is high-grade 4th dimensional, even being able to reverse time in a zone where no time should exist. Being able to CONTINUOUSLY reverse time over and over again without being present. It's a similar concept to the Infinite Spin, except GER doesn't allow you to die like Spin does. Spin may be able to "Not even leave a soul behind", but Return to Zero does the same without "Allowing you to reach the truth" of death. It's a similar ability, and as such, should be able to cancel Infinite Rotation out while effecting Johnny Joestar at the exact same time (effecting Tusk Act 4 by Proxy). In this way, GER STILL is an undefeated stand. And as for RTZ being something that GER can only activate if in trouble, this isn't true. GER can activate it's abilities at will. GER activated it twice. He activated it in the realm of erased time, and pulled time back to it's original placement before it happened. Then time began flowing again (RTZ had stopped since time was moving again, meaning it was counting up from zero again). And then, GER pummeled Diavolo to death without anything bad happening to him or Giorno, and killed Diavolo which then imposed an infinite death loop via RTZ. Diavolo then continued to die and un-die via RTZ for eternity, despite Giorno not even being around to be in trouble. RTZ was put on Diavolo for an infinite, and never ending, fate (not to dissimilar from what Infinite Rotation does). So even if Infinite Rotation and Return to Zero are equals, this only means that IR can be canceled out by RTZ, and RTZ can take hold due to it's high-4D capabilities which can effect people, even if it DOESN'T touch them. Johnny would be subject to it since he's not infinite in power. Tusk also has all of his stats nulled, meaning he is likely physically stronger than Tusk Act 4. And GER has many abilities that out weigh Tusk 4's single ability. GER can with pure light from it's finger (Rock in the anime) create thousands of scorpions hitting a wall with it's life giver ability. It can also make spare parts for Giorno if he gets hurt. There is also the forgotten train of Life Giver that says if someone harms a creature that Gold Experience makes, the attacker receives the damage instead. This is how Giorno killed Leaky Eye Luka. And don't even get me started on Gold Experience Requiem's Fate Hax that ensures that even when Diavolo's visions of the future (fate) won't happen. Gold Experience is simply an invincible stand. That's it. Not even Tusk Act 4 can beat it. and all of this is considering that Gold Experience Requiem has a will of it's own that allows it to act independantly of Giorno, and may have no range at all. It's ability effects the whole universe due to it's effect on time. GER is just to hax to be beaten. While some may disagree, we have no evidence that Tusk Act 4 can effect GER, and plenty of evidnece to say it can't. But even if we cut out Infinite Rotation and Return to Zero, Gold Experience Requiem is STILL superior and vastly more versatile than Tusk, meaning in a head on fight, GER would likely win. Gold Experience Requiem is the Ultimate Stand.
