Some mods did it because they don't like the posts, but I instituted the new rule for a few legit reasons.
We now have a discord where you are free to post anything off-topic.
Some of the more low effort posts simply clog the system and make it far harder to moderate when we see posts that logically mean nothing.
And as for @Thebannanaworkshop's question, vs polls will only be targetted if it's massively stupid, like all of the same answer, or something severely not JoJo related. There also may be some other exceptions, but some meme polls may be protected. We're still considering how to go about this. Each mod may do things differently. Some may go all out, and others may be more lenient. Forgive us for the confusion, but assume that you would be treated the same depending on who sees the post.
