You said they both can kill people by just existing close to them. That's not true. WoU needs to be pursued. Chariot Requiem will only attack if someone goes after the arrow, and even then, their existence doesn't kill the person.

1. The abilities are in no way similar. Wonder of U gives people extreme injury-based misfortune in relation to karma, intention towards WoU and distance between it and the victim. Chariot Requiem initiates a process of turning an organism into a completely new being. If affecting someone within an area range is similar, a large fraction of stands are are all similar.
