Discussion regarding recent events surrounding Damage3245.

This is a discussion surrounding the recent events surrounding one of our current Bureaucrats, a user known as @Damage3245. We're going to discuss what this means and what should be done according to user opinion of the people here both working and communicating on the wiki. As such, I would like this to remain on-topic and not get filled with unhelpful banter about other subjects. This is a safe space for everyone to share their opinions on the matter, no matter what they are, without fear of any retribution. This post will last for approximately 3 days (From 4PM EST USA on Sunday, May 23, 2021, to the date of 4PM EST USA on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021). During this time, everyone will have their chance to give their opinions on the matter. Our judge will be the Wiki's Fandom Representitive @Stygies VIII who will maintain a neutral point of view, and determine what must be done by the voice of the users. User Damage3245, depending on the outcome, may keep or lose his rights as Bureaucrat of the wiki. The reason for this discussion is from the posting of certain fan-fictions on the site known as archiveofourown.org, as well as a few other things. The fan-ficts will be posted below for anyone who needs to see them, but I implore you to avoid them if you are below age 18 for highly sexual content.
