Is the reason Coco Jumbo has the stand Mr President because turtles are said to carry homes on their back, and by carrying the key Mr Pres has means it carries two houses?

I always thought that for some reason Coco Jumbo was the Josuke turtle. (Idk I still haven't watched Part 5)
