It's more a battle between Illuso, Risotto, Prosciutto and Ghiaccio (maybe). We have been told Tiny Feet is one of the rather weaker stands in La Squadra and BabyFace, while as dangerous as it is, need a education and Melone would probably be killed before educating it properly.
While Ghiaccio has been shown to be a terrifying foe to go up against, knowing all his strengths and weaknesses and is pretty smart, Prosciutto had a terrifying stand Ability which would affect almost all, Risotto being able to kill you from the inside and is considered the most powerful La Squadra member (which is why he's the leader), and Illuso, while his stand is on the lower end in physical strength, has an ability that can rip away your only way of defending yourself, putting you at his mercy.
But, I would have to say Illuso would win. He probably has filed on all his teammate and knows all their weaknesses, so he could pick them of one by one, without having to be worried about Baby Face, The Greatful Dead's ability, Metallica's blades, etc.
But, this is my opinion and I may be wrong with a few things, this is just what I think.
