Manga dex is a safe site with a good collection. They have the entirety of JoJo in both original and colored. The only thing they don't have is the entirety of JoJolion, which they do have, but only up to 100 chapters (give or take).
I don't think "Ad Blocker" is a good idea peeps. All the ad blockers out there are either unsafe or cost money. Either way, Manga Dex doesn't use adds and is free and safe, plus they have huge selections.
