Tusk Act 1 is only bad in comparison to stuff like act 2-4, The Sun only failed because of a f**king rock, Hey Ya! gives incredible supernatural luck, and Survivors makes people mad.
I dunno what people are talking about when it comes to the luck thing. They say it's not connected to Pocoloco's luck, but it obviously is, because it uses precognition to tell him which action is lucky. Maybe it doesn't bring any luck, but it certainly knows how to maximize it, and that means that, in conjunction with Pocoloco, they're perhaps the most powerful characters in all of JoJo, because the type of luck they have is almost toon-force level.
