Pucci could kill all the others and then deal with the hardest to crack being Jotaro. If Jotaro dies to MIH in part 6, it's no different even in his prime.
Last time I checked the only reason Jotaro failed in the end was because his daughter was in danger. If this is prime sp then I think he can with (due to prime seeming to have 5 second time stop and is stronge faster overall)
