Airplanes are superior to ground assault. Lil' Bomber has both range and fire power. Unless you're seriously going to nerf the speed of bullets to equal to movement speed, then I call bull. I think Jolyne gets her butt handed to him. Speed is equal, but range is a completely different can of beans.

She can keep catching the bullets with her strings

And add that with the ability to grapple around the place, she would easily get her way towards narancia.

And I have a feeling that Jolyne could survive a...well...G O O D amount of bullets

Considering she survived staying on Fire for a while, constantly kept getting hit from meteors, getting her body parts turned inside and out, and still manages to keep fighting, bullets are basically child's play to her no matter how fast they go. Mostly Aerosmiths Bullets.
