Joseph is Mftl, he can beat kars pretty well, and fugo has no speed feats whatsoever. But Jotaro might kick his ass now that I think about it.

Axl ro makes the fight really annoying until Jotaro gets told by axl how it works and just goes berserk killing everybody, only after letting Joseph kill kars.
