Joseph and Josuke because they both support each other’s weakness. Josuke can heal Joseph immediately, and Joseph can heal Josuke with Hamon, so Purple Haze won’t be a problem to them. Joseph in part 2 is probably one of the smartest (battle wise) characters in Jojo, meaning he can outsmart most people listed here. Josuke brings the punch while Joseph brings the brains. And infinite heal. The only trouble they will face is against Lang, if presented with the same circumstances as Jolene. If Joseph runs out of oxygen he can’t control Hamon. But, that won’t happen because in order for Lang and Blackmore to work together, Lang can’t use the vacuum or else Blackmore’s rain will be sucked out. Don’t forget, Joseph can also stand on water, just like Blackmore, meaning that he is given an equal advantage against them. Therefore, Joseph and Josuke stomp.
