It's such a basic, yet powerful stand.
The ability to completely remove all kinetic energy from something it touches, locking it in place, is awesome, and could be so dangerous.
The fact you could also use its ability to add kinetic energy to something to give it terrifying speed and power. There is also no limit on the amount of things It can lock in place,
It also introduces Sex Pistols, which is a win win.
And it's also the stand of one of the only two antagonists in Golden Wind to survive. Even Mista agrees its powerful.
