I think Part 4 struggled to find a "Vanilla Ice"

3 had Ice

5 had Risotto

6 had the Sons of DIO

7 had Diego AU

8 had Damo

4 has Akira but his arc felt short and he wasn't the biggest threat. Yuya's motivation was his own. Enigma felt last minute. I think Kira's father would be the closest to a Vanilla Ice of part 4, but that also just feels weird.
