It would take Dio months if not years to waste all of three million lives inside of Alucard. Assuming of course that Dio would outright take Alucard seriously.

@Eye Lad alucard could use level zero, and die immediately. Also, Dio is way over the speed of light. Alucard is the speed of sound.

Also, alucard barely survived a plane crash. Dio survived punches from star platinum, being sliced in half, having a hole punched through his head and body, etc

Dio could just time stop and kill him, wait for time to resume, and then time stop again once alucard uses another life. Rinse and repeat, until sun rise, then he should hide and come out again at night He cant see or hurt the world, and holy weapons (his guns) don't hurt stone mask vampires.

Stopping time has a cooldown, you know

He can’t just stop time once and then do it again the exact moment time resumes

It really doesn’t, it’s a few seconds. Which is not that long at all.

Maybe he could stop time and make Alucard shoot himself with Jackal? After all, Al is still vulnerable to jackal's silver rounds.
