Where is the option for kakyoin defeated dio?

I mean, the nurse scene doesn't happen, and Jotaro ends up getting absolutely destroyed by SHAs and bubbles, so yeah, part ends early...

Dio still blows his chest open, assuming Killer Queen won't kill Jotaro first.
