This will be an organized tournament that will be done through a bracket of people with fan stands, all you need is to create a fan stand that follows these following rules.
No stands that can manipulate a form of time, be it time duration, time acceleration, the stopping of time etc.
No stand can “one shot” another stand, which would be to kill the opposing participant in a single hit or usage of their ability.
No stand should make it so the opponent can’t do anything to counter them, for example making a law of this world so your opponent cannot move.
Try to put an amount of effort into your stand so that people can understand your stand the best they can.
Side notes:
The stand stats will be equal across all participants so one can’t just move so fast that the other user can’t react, or be unable to get through their durability.
The tournament will be done in a text based format which, so you will have to tell me your votes if they want to be counted.
The participating people cannot vote for themselves.

To join you can just put in your stand before we get to 16 participants, which at that point they will be denied.
