Joseph was also kinda able to make a fool out out of straizo, who had knowledge of dio’s techniques and could probably do them.

Late PB Jonathan Vs. Kars Pre ULF: Probably Kars tbh. Jonathan had some trouble with Dio who was just vampire. (Sure he's definitely stronger than the average fodder vampire but still Pillarmen are in another league) Not to mention he was able to deceive Lisa Lisa who is definitely more skilled than Jonathan when it comes to hamon.

Jonathan without Hamon Vs. Kars without Pillarmen powers or sun damage: I'm still giving this to Kars. Sure, Jonthan might have more physical strength, but it's pretty clear Pillarmen have some kind of fighting technique that is just in another league compared to us humans.
