I voted "SO: Johngalli A. doesn't exist" since he's the reason that Jotaro got his disc stolen, which Pucci then used to reset the entire universe later on, but uh, yeah I would also say "red stone is there instead of aja" is more affecting.

Most of JoJo just doesn’t happen in the case of the first option.

It should always be the first option because, chronologically, whatever event in there is usually intended to take place during PB or BT and since those are literally at the beginning of JoJo you’d think any major differences would have a pretty big effect on the rest of the parts

If the first one didn’t happen, no Stands, Jonathan is alive to help fight Pillar Men, Joseph would probably turn out different, Caesar and Mario would be taken care of by the Speedwagon foundation

Jonathan wouldn’t learn hamon because dio wouldn’t become a vampire, so joseph wouldn’t either, so the pillarmen would take over the world

Or the other Hamon users like Zeppeli would fight them
