I suggest making little, short pamphlets of certain scenes like this, but focus on the introduction of characters, that you don't think are fleshed out enough or you know People dislike, like a sneak peek to how Yuri and Sakura would be introduced, or them in combat so that People can get an actual representation of them and their character and personality.

Ah ok thanks. I'll probably focus a little more on the comedy side of things over this. Also should I try fleshing out Josuke, Koichi, Okuyasu, and Polnareff and have some small interactions with the team?

Imagine, short stories, these could outline little bits of character interaction, introduction, fights and much more. They won't take as long to do and give you time to think and take breaks, plus you can release more of them meaning more chances to get suggestions and improvements. Plus, you can always use these stories to show how everyone gets along in the team.
