Name: Blinding Lights
Localized Name: Bright Lights (I wanted to use Blinding or Glowing Lights, but alas, those are songs.)
Appearance: 6 steel grey rectangular prisms attached in the crude form of a human.
Stats: E in literally everything. I'm not even joking, E.
Ability: Allows the Stand, after certain conditions are met, to copy either a user and/or Stand of another person.
Conditions: The user must know the appearance of another user and their Stand, and the name or alias of the other user. After this, everything about Blinding Lights except its color mimics the Stand or its user, depending on what Blinding Lights' user wants. This includes the stats and ability of the copied Stand.
