Plus The Ink Demon's voice sounds amazing in the new game

DIO looks cool.

Don't know much about bendy but imo Pucci carried Dio plot and development (I like Dio better in pt 6 he was way cooler) but Pucci was also 3 dimensional character while Kars is like two-dimensional character. Though Kars is cool and all I prefer Pucci over him and Dio honestly
