Power: the power to amplify the sadness and fear of one person. after seeing what scares somebody, the user can keep using that and giving that same sense of dread, sadness, and fear to their target. the fear amplifies until the target commits suicide as their only mean to get rid of the fear.
Weakness: the user overcomes their fears. but as the stand increases the fear factor it becomes harder to overcome.
Appearance: non-humanoid. appears as a Large golden Key on the target's back which is invisible to non-stand users.
Stats: everything is C except for speed and power which are E.

( yes i know this is eerily similar to part 4's the lock. and that's the point. its a revamped version in the alternate universe of my AU. kinda like how some stands from SBR are parodys of stands from parts 3-6 in the main universe. )
