Ability - Snapchat (Soulchat)

Hello’s Snapchat app can now locate and communicate with other Stands. Icons of nearby Stands will show up on the map screen, indicating their location, and their mood (if applicable).

Areas with the most Stand presence will glow gold. The more Stands in one location, the more intense the glow will be.

The user can initiate contact via the map icons, or through searching the Stand’s name; fortunately, the contacted Stand won’t need a phone to communicate back through the app.

Texts from Hello are usually sent via telepathic signals that can travel globally, or as ordinary messages to other Snapchat users.

Audio calls and video chatting can allow Hello to see, speak, and/or hear through another Stand. Connecting to a Stand through calls will succeed every time, but Hello can’t stop the other party from hanging up.

When replying to Hello, a Stand unknowingly allows the user access to their eyes, or eye equivalent. At random intervals, the infiltrated Stand will take a picture, or a 10 second video, of whatever they see, and automatically post it as a Story.
