The only "change" in pre-coma Jotaro/SP in S.O should only just be the fact that his Battle IQ and etc should be higher than he was in Part 3....

Bruh how's part 6 Jotaro weaker than 3? In 6 he clearly has SPTW and should be stronger and has more experience and obviously speed blitz

Even if you think Jotaro's SPTW weakened in part 6, that doesnt change the fact that he's STILL considered to have unrivaled stats EVEN IN part 6

I'm not saying SPTW is weakened in Part 6, I'm saying it's not as strong as the SP in Part 3.
