He wasn't the most fleshed out in comparison to the other la squadra but I think he was a pretty cool character (especially the MJ references. And how dangerous his ability is), he can literally take away stands and just beat the shit out of the user if he wanted to, too bad he was just a sidelined character that was entirely built up on Fugo's character development and stand ability.

"Illuso is just Majestic" The part 5 art style does have it's ups and downs, they did Illuso some justice in the anime ngl (DP does love to glow up characters the in the adaptions, just look at Risotto and Versace in comparison to the Anime/Manga and etc for example).
