Oh, that's because Mandom does not give a f**k. He'll activate his ability the moment Kakyoin shoots an emerald splash. Once that happens, Kakyoin will figure it out. From there on, Kakyoin preforms a strategy that either gets rid of his watch or makes the act of resetting time irrelevant.

In debates, the only thing you can argue are facts. No "what if this" or "what if that". You wanna talk about observing? Ok lets observe. Hmm, he only manipulates everything but the victims. Even when he tries to hold them down, he does so by effecting their clothing, parts of them that arent part of one's soul. Yea he cant effect the victims themselves.
