Hakari at best scales to around Massively Hypersonic thanks to reacting to Kashimo's lightning, while Jotaro has reacted to TW who scales directly to SP who is stated the most powerful stand and is faster than Silver Chariot. Jotaro and SP should have the speed advantage, but it is noted that Hakari does get faster over time while in Jackpot due to his infinite CE reserves, able to continually amplifying his stats.

For strength, generally Hakari should be stronger with small town scaling thanks to Yuta, but overtime it is possible for SP to close the gap due to how fast he is hitting Hakari.

Their trump cards are TS for Jotaro, and Hakari's domain, thankfully both are spammable. I'm not sure how this fight is gonna rule "Domain's negation of CT's against stands" so just going over hakari's advantage from hitting a domain, it is that he has an infinite regeneration and infinite CE pool, for 4 minutes and 11 seconds.

Overall it's a little strange due to stat differentials, however I could see this battle going a long while, but the AP differential might be a little bit more than SP can chew through.

Jotaro wins put him against some fodder like Liorno Liovanna

Giorno Giovanna was a good character and a good protagonist, i could argue for hours on why he is one of the best anime protagonists (ofc not the best jjba has to offer but still)

Woah, Hakari should take this rather easily, Hakari in base is able to overwhelm a Yuji who could tank attacks from Mahito, who has multi City block scaling, and since then Yuji has only grown stronger. Only to be overwhelmed by a base Hakari.

And in domain expansion Jotaro has nothing to do agaisnt Hakari even with timestop, AP diff is to wide

So Hikari out ranges him but Jotaro can defend himself using timestop. Hikari can die randomly using his domain expansion but he probably wouldnt because hes lucky.

If Jotaro kill him during his timestop then how would Hikari use his ability when he is dead?

Timestop only will affect the person when it ends, Hakaris RCT will heal his heart back the moment he lost it.

He can come back to life as long as the brain is in tact, and Jotaro has only aimed for the brian when against DIO.

Jotaro might see his “Cursed Energy” as more of a stand ability and assume he’s a stand user. Overall, I think Hakari has it once he uses his domain, considering it’s stated that unless you have no Cursed Energy, the sure-hit will apply. Once Hakari gets jackpot, he should pull through. Without it, Jotaro should win.
