King Crimson skips over those next 10 seconds of time, and in those 10 seconds it allows for the user to change where he is in those 10 seconds and makes him unable to be interacted with. As well as the fact that everyone else has no memory of those 10 seconds, as they were skipped over.

If he doesn’t do anything in those erased seconds, fate will flow by as it would. It would seem as though those events were already fated to happen.

Kc can earase time for ten Seconds, for witch the USer can Move around but not interact, and fated events occur, and nobody will remember it. You may wonder why Diavolo could blind Polenreff with his blood during earased time, its probbaly becaus the blood left his body, and was thus no longer part of him.
