The ability to manipulate agony to an extent that is dependent on the agony of the user. More agony=more potential. Or rather, what lines the user will cross with said agony. This being the stands weakness, the user not having the agony to use its stand to its full potential. The Stand has some sub abilities like the ability of shape-shifting but I'd rather give some context to the main ability.

The ability to manipulate Agony. This includes anything that is connected to Agony. The emerald splash has Agony energy as it is being used with the intent to execute Agony(pain).

Not only is Dance of Thorns touching, many, many objects to slow time down, Dance of Thorns just protects Daniel in a barricade of vine so the emeralds don't scathe him.
