Although DIO got tamer as time went on, part 1 DIO was def the most evil villain

DIO kinda got in check over time

@LAZYCRAZYGAMER indeed, Jonathan defeating him kinda mellowed him out a bit. He's nowhere near as evil in part 3 and 6
