He discovered a way to go back in time (the limit being 4 seconds, but he has gone over that limit once), so I guess Chariot wouldn't do much to him, but neither would Ekko do anything to Chariot because he can't see it or do anything to it.

One thing we can't forget is that Chariot Requiem has a passive ability that begins transforming people body and spirit into something they're not, meaning essentially they will die. So one must beat Chariot quickly. This is one reason why I feel WoU would not beat Chariot Requiem, because Requiem isn't technically pursuing WoU or Toru. So WoU will need to pursue Requiem, but according to what we know, Stands will turn against their master before they harm Requiem. This means that Toru will be pursuing himself and likely will result in his own power being turned against him.
