Stealing someones stand/ability is a very promising power.

We have to take into consideration that boy || mans user was a kid

Meaning he would have time to devolop his stand

Maybe at one point it would be like D'arbys stand where he could do it off of bets and things of that nature instead of rock paper scissors.

Again this wont be the case because he no longer has boy || man, but its fun to think about
