Kinetic Web: This allows LSA3 to collect kinetic energy within the web which then releases it. When releasing the energy that was forced into the web, the energy within the web will then rush towards the target who inflicted the damage upon the web. If he wanted to he could hold onto the kinetic energy to increase the webs durability and for a stronger release of attack. But the webs can only withstand so much energy that if pushed to its limited capacity it will break. Chaotically releasing all of the kinetic energy.

Love Scar act 4

Love web: This allows Love Scar to create a sticky web that bounces back anything that comes into contact with it. Since the webs are made of rubber silk like substance it’s durability is incredible making it very difficult to break or spear through. LSA4 can also us his webs to reattach and keep objects intact with its sticky material.

Fates Child: This allows LSA4 to have the ability to control and bend fate to its will. When this ability is activated a red string will appear on LA4’s right arm. With this he can sow the persons fate into his web to see their upcoming events and actions. When used on allies he can tether these red threads onto them causing certain effects to pass, erasing the effects of fated destiny. When the fates web turns black and rots that means that the target has died and their fate is set in history, withering away in the wind. It’s important to note that certain events in the future can’t be affected by this ability due to stronger forces preventing certain fate rewriting.

IF ANYONE IS UNSPOILED ABOUT JOJOLION, DON'T READ FURTHER.

Wonder of U is a fascinating Stand, and it's really tough to find something that can beatI It. However, I actually may have found a Stand ability that counter it:

King Crimson.

Now, Wonder of U's ability to cause calamity is interesting in that it seems to be an aspect of fate, a recurring theme in JJBA. Meanwhile, King Crimson's ability is all about avoiding fate.

Epitaph can see the future. What Epitaph sees is what is fated to happen, no matter what.

King Crimson's main ability allows Diavolo to act on the future, as its time-skipping, for lack of a better term, allows him to briefly exist outside of fate, and react to things that normally would have hurt or killed him.

Operating under the assumption that fate and calamity are connected, Diavolo would be able to see the incoming misfortune with Epitaph and avoid it with his main ability. Considering that there doesn't seem to be a cooldown on the ability, he should be able to continue doing this until he can reach and attack Wonder of U. The only issue I can see is how Wonder of U seems to have been able to direct attacks away from it, as shown with Josuke's regular bubbles. But even then, at the very least he can bring it to a stalemate

This sounds simple at first glance but then you have to think about the gravity and conceptual logic such as "the flow of calamity", "gravity and fate", and especially the infinite rotation, Go Beyond and Etc.

Appearance

Pantera takes the appearance of a small, oval-shaped creature (about half a meter in height) with graceful, large butterfly wings that scatter rainbow-glinted scales when it flies. The oval-shape—being its head—is adorned in what can be described as a navy blue mask over ghostly white skin where its mouth is and pitch black skin surrounding two mechanical, yellow eyes on either side of its head. Each of its wings are equipped with black, sharp, curved talons on both ends that Pantera utilizes its ability with.

Personality

Pantera possesses no real personality, other than the desire to defend and grow close to its user and when it lets out an occasional smooth hymn with one low note when it uses its ability.

Abilities

Flight

Unlike a normal butterfly, Pantera is able to rapidly move its wings up and down to fly, similar to the flight of a dragonfly and Pantera is able to maneuver in the air akin to such. Contact with an object while in flight may cause Pantera to immediately fall to the ground. The rapid movement of its wings does not increase its talon’s ability to pierce objects.

Unintended Evolution of Objects

By piercing an organism with one of its talons, Pantera is able to move it to its next evolutional stage in an instant by manipulating its molecules to fit adaptations an organism would not have made until in the far, far future. This ability takes effect on any kind of organism, however, due to the adaptations they have likely made in the future, they would not survive for long in our current era. This process turns organisms into what could be described as extraterrestrial, unnatural to our earth and our era. The process is also flawed, as whichever organism is affected by Pantera may merge and combine with the nearest inorganic object and “become one” with it, taking on its texture and main attributes. However, even after this occurs, the organism will remain alive and the combination with the object may even lengthen their lifespan.

Every single organism will grow into something diverse compared to other organism’s evolutions and will likely be entirely different in appearance and genetic structure compared to its original, modern form. Pantera can deactivate its effect on an organism, returning them to their original state. This will also automatically occur when the user becomes unconscious.

Usually, despite the name of the ability, it is the time at which this evolution occurs that is unintended, compared to the evolution itself which is intended to happen. In a way, Pantera can predict the future of an organism’s future and with that, can even determine the future of the earth. If the organism is fated to die out in the future before it even gets a chance to evolve, it will instantly die and cannot be revived by Pantera even if it deactivates its ability.

Enrico Pucci is a deliberately immoral character who is driven by his violent desire to "obtain heaven" where all of humanity is able to predict every scenario of what will happen, change, or become in the future. These feelings of determinism is the direct result of Pucci's inability to forsee the consequences of his actions and the effects that occurred because of his involvement and initiative (or lack thereof). It drives the intensity for his desire to achieve heaven by subjugating humanity's future to that of Fate instead of unpredictability. An allegory for the human condition of control, order, and stability while maintaining the sense of "free will" or the belief of acting to one's own aspiration.

By eliminating the unpredictability and chaotic paths of "free will" - Fear, anxiety, and stress is also eliminated and acceptance comes as a result of this happening. To be content of what comes and to not rebel against Fate, but rather envelop in it. Meaning not only to acknowledge it, but to completely submit to it. Humanity desires order and control by creating possibilities of what the future holds - by assuming or believing the best/worst of what's to come, actions aren't taken to ensure that's what might or might not happen - instead it's believed to a fact of reality of what will happen - effectively taking away the importance of creating a truly free world. By simply ascribing to the belief of future prosperity or despair, it reduces the incentive to start being prosperous. It's because humanity has a chaotic desire to be free whilst also maintaining the chaotic desire to be in control.

Pucci in a sense seeks to eliminate this dilemma by creating a reality where everyone will be cognizant of the events that will take place and the paths that will unfold. No longer stagnating the individual to trivial stressors of whats to come or what the future holds - eliminating the rudderless way of going about living and giving them contentment of their future. That's why he calls it "true happiness" it simply means no unpredictable occurrence that will afflict someone's future without them knowing about it like he was. A known unpredictability.

Pucci's internal philosophy is circled around a more severe interpretation of Determinism: Fatalism. Fatalism is the belief that stresses the subjugation of all events or actions to Fate. He derives his internal philosophy from Fatalism because Fate is an eternal concept that contradicts the beliefs of free will - a concept which Pucci becomes disillusioned with as he believed that the events of his life arose from more than simply just chance. By giving humanity the ability to see fate as it plays out with the ability of all to see their actions and the events that take place because of them they can become content with their place in the world by avoiding unpredictability and chance. Accepting their places as subordinates of Fate.
