All right here are the rules: 1. It can have only 1-3 ultimate abilities (examples include: Time stop, reconstruction, string, Killer Queens bombs, or if you want you could even make up your own). 2. Its punch has to be rated from a 1-10 scale however, if you chose a 9/10 for your punch damage your speed would be 1/10 so basically the two numbers of your speed and strength combined have to add up to 10 (if you want to be weird you could even add decimals). 3. Try not to make them too overpowered and have fun reading other people's comments!
