I was wondering if there was a reason why Ghiaccio is so mad all the time, so I gave him a backstory of sorts:
Ghiaccio has a really poor immune system, and he wanted to be a figure skater as a kid, but couldn't due to his condition. He went to the gym in high school because he got picked on for his frailty, so that's why he looks somewhat muscular. He not only sees minor inconveniences and linguistic differences as annoying, but a waste of time, since he knows he probably doesn't have much left. While having an ice-based Stand would be really dangerous for someone with a weakened immune system, he's able to work around it, unlike younger users like Fugo.
With this backstory, White Album not only ties in with his icy namesake, but also his childhood dream, his hatred of wasting time (since freezing things is kind of like stopping time), and the idea of cryogenics being used for preserving bodies.
