I think it would look like c moon but you know those green textures on act 3? The green should be like that and it should look like hierophant green and c moon, it would be like c moon but he needs to generate enough noise and focus it on someone it can work on multiple people if loud enough and I think it should keep freeze but make it heavier when you try to resist it.

in episode 12 koichi use Is stand to Say jotaro (SPOILER) that chili pepper Is gone,buuuut he use act 1 and in the episode nine(with yukako) the stand evolves into act 2.Is this an error or he can use all act?
