Mannish Boy

Does anyone else just not like Mannish Boy? His design, (especially in the manga) his stand, his fight? Maybe I'm crazy but he seems like one of the worse Stardust Crusaders minor antagonists.

As we obviously know, Death 13 has absolute control over his own dream world (where the effects of it into a person are real) and he created it

In the anime, we can see it has clouds and even a sun. In the manga, It has shown to have many more stars:

So curious, can Death 13 actually create stars or not?

Why is Fugo the weakest Passione member? He can’t even control his stand. A RAT had a stand and could control and operate it with ease. A DOG had a stand (R.I.P Iggy). A NEWBORN BABY had a stand and could operate and control it. I understand that his stand Purple Haze got his temper but geez. Fugo was done so dirty. His character development left people practically hating him.
