For those who don't know, Viviano Westwood, a minor character in Part 6 had a stand that was originally called Earth, Wind and Fire, named after a 70s band known for songs like September and Boogie Wonderland. This was changed when it was noted that Mikitaka, a Part 4 character, had an ability with the same name, so Viviano's stand name was changed to Planet Waves, named after the Bob Dylan song.
In my opinion, EW&F fits for Viviano's stand than for Mikitaka's. Planet Waves has the ability to drawn in meteors from the sky towards him. The name fits the ability. The Earth and Fire part fits the fact that it utilizes meteors, which are flaming rocks, and Wind fits how the meteors were drawn from space. I have no idea how it was supposed to fit for Mikitaka.
