I think joseph's true stand is hey ya! a few reasons if jospeh didn't have hermit purple i feel like hey ya would be perfect since its always cheery an happy all the time and it can peer into the future

Hey guys! Just came to say that the Johnny Joestar moveset IS FINALLY COMPLETE!!!
Not sure how this is gonna turn out cuz this took me a century and half to make… ENJOY! (also i will add gifs explaining some moves better later my computer is being a piece of hot garbo rn)

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED :D
The Gimmick: As anticipated Johnny has access to all Tusk Acts however i'm not going to do “iN oRdEr FoR jOhNnY tO eNaBlE aCt 4 hE nEeDs tO lOoK LiKe A rEcTaNgLe” kind of mess just think pokemon trainer swaps but it gets longer each greater act. Johnny also uses Slow Dancer(his horse) Slow Dancer cannot go off stage and cannot be affected by offstage windboxes, However this Johnny comes from the end of SBR so he can walk and run, he has 2 jumps but no wall jumps but he can crawl. If the move gets stronger in each act ill say “SEA”. If a move involves slow dancer and if horse is dead (she’ll quickly respawn) i’ll say “NSD”. Act 4 has windboxes(pushing moves; mario down b, squirtle neutral b) and reverse windboxes (pulling moves; ganondorf up tilt but a stronger pull)
The A Moves: Jab: johnny does a quick swipe with his nails, SEA.
Rapid Jab: Johnny rapidly swipes his nails similar to Pit and Dark PIts rapid jab. SEA
Dash Attack: Slow Dancer Kicks forward
Dash Attack(NSD):Johnny leaps forward with his hands out, nails spinning
Forward Tilt: johnny crosses over him with a strong swipe. SEA (act 1-3)
Forward Tilt: Act 4 swings across johnny. (act 4)
Up Tilt: johnny does a swipe overhead. SEA (act 1-3)
Up Tilt: act 4 swings upward (act 4)
Down Tilt: johnny swipes diagonally downward. SEA (act 1-3)
Down Tilt: act 4 punches diagonally downward. (act 4)
Side Smash: johnny holds out his fingers while they rotate(similar to Bowser Jr. F-Smash)
Side Smash: Act 4 does a heavy punch forward. (act 4)
Up smash: Johnny shoots his nails upward a short distance(act 1)
Up smash: Johnny shoots his upward however they will automatically curve if an enemy is nearby, they can be destroyed easily. (act 2-3)
Up smash: Act 4 swings upward, this goes a far distance(act 4)
Down Smash: Johnny drills into the ground, think side smash but downward. SEA, (act 1-3)
Down Smash: Act 4 punches downward (act 4)
THE AERIALS: ( y’know, i was rlly confused on how to go about this, i was always thinking: am i using johnny after or in SBR will he be able to walk and jump or not, because Slow Dancer can’t jump or go off stage, so incase a stage is split or something we’re still gonna use johnny at the end of SBR so he can jump and walk and crawl as well.)
Neutral Aerial: Johnny spins in the air with his arms out, nails spinning, SEA. (act 1-3)
Neutral Aerial: Act 4 spins like johnny does in is regular N-Air (act 4)
Forward Aerial: Johnny shoots 1 nail a short distance, these can curve, SEA (act 1-3)
Forward Aerial: Act 4 brings its fist down with great force (mario F-Air) (act 4)
Backward Aerial: Johnny swipes backward, this move is very weak, SEA (act 1-3)
Backward Aerial: Act 4 elbows whoever comes in contact with the move. (act 4)
Upward Aerial: Johnny raises his hands while his nails spin. SEA (act 1-3)
Upward Aerial: Act 4 does a headbutt upward (DK U-Air) (act 4)
Downward Aerial: Johnny shoots a couple of nails downward, this move air stalls shortly. SEA (act 1-3)
Downward Aerial: Act 4 drops down with its feet out, this is not a suicide D-Air however, it’s like pichu’s down air except it lasts longer. (act 4)
THE GRABS, PUMMELS AND THROWS:
For the grab animation for acts 1-3 johnny reaches out with his hand, BE CAREFUL! THIS GRAB WILL PULL YOU IN IF YOU’RE NEAR!, act 4’s grabs wont pull in but it is an extended grab (EX: luigi, pac man, Yoshi, Min Min, Steve, Isabelle) however this move cannot tether (EX: Samus, Zero Suit Samus, Dark Samus, Young LInk, Toon Link, Ivysaur, Lucas, Min Min, Joker, Byleth. tbh im not even sure thats all of them :|)
Pummel: Johnny shoots nail bullets into the opponent while holding them. SEA. (act 1-3)
For ALL of the throws think fox and falcos throws, with act 4 think of star platinum’s throws from his movest except they have greater knockback.

The B Moves
Neutral Special: Johnny shoots a nail bullet, this bullet comes out as fast as falcos laser, act 1’s are as fast as Dark Pit’s arrows. (act 1)
Neutral Special: Johnny shoots a stronger nail bullet, he can rapid fire 10 times before having a 7 second cooldown, These nails are automatic curves in 1-7v1 matches, and boss battles, they’re manual in 1-4v2-4 matches, spirit battles and training mode. (act 2)
Neutral Special: Johnny creates a black hole and puts his hand through on either side a medium distance, think of act 2’s neutral special but 5 bullets coming from each side. (act 3)
Neutral Special: Act 4 shoots a bullet in an aimable direction, this spirals a black hole to appear sucking in all who are near the pull is very weak, it's the bullet that does the real damage.
Side Special: Johnny rapid fires his nails on his lower diagonal side (zero suit samus down smash). (Act 1)
Side Special: Johnny puts his hand together and holds them out, if he holds them out long enough he gains the golden rectangle, act 2-4’s nail bullets are stronger, the spin gets stronger as well (pit side b ssbb) (act 2-3)
Side Special: act 4 starts an ora rush, this move can pull opponents in and has exceptional knockback when finished , however act 4 can only go a short distance forward and up, no downward punching. (act 4).
Up Special: act 1 enables johnny’s feet to shoot nail bullets, he can gain no vertical distance, this is only an air staller he can use this 5 times before going into free fall. before going into freefall (think bayo up b but no distance). This move is aimable. (act 1)
Up Special: Johnny shoots 3 bullets at a time to shoot himself upwards, he can do this 3 times with the final shot being the strongest. (act 2) (robin up b)
Up Special: Johnny shoots 2 aimable bullets below and above him and creates 2 black holes, once he falls into the hole below him, he’ll come out the other one. However you have to think fast because as your shooting the black holes you’re still falling but act 3 has the “best” vertical recovery out of all the acts so its risk and reward. (act 3)
Up Special: Act 4 grabs johnny and lifts him up a medium distance, goes higher than act 2’s recovery but not higher than act 3’s (act 4 )
Down Special: Johnny concentrates while his eyes are closed, he gets a new act, this is longer for each greater act. (every act) (pokemon trainer down b ssbb)
THE FINAL SMASH: THE INFINITE ROTATION: This final smash starts your selected act defaults to act 4, act 4 does an uppercut as a starting hitbox this starting hitbox makes an effort of pulling ALL player characters in, (think zelda’s final smash as the starting hitbox) then it cuts to a scene of act 4 ORA rushing the opponent as act 4 shouts “CHUMIMIN” into a ditch, they try to escape but they keep breaking off into tiny spin particles, act 4 delivers the final blow sealing their fate, this final smash insta-kills at at 100% however the opponent is taking damage little by little the entire cutscene.
MISC: Idle 1: johnny caresses slow dancer, Idle 2: johnny briefly holds out one of gyro’s steel balls then puts it back, Idle 3: johnny uses his nail spin to brush his teeth.
Taunts: Up taunt: johnny shows off his spinning nails briefly. Side Taunt: Johnny looks at the screen with dark determination in his eyes. Down Taunt: Johnny again pulls out gyro’s steel ball singing pizza mozzarella, he ends with a “nyo ho!”
Victory Screens: VS1: johnny rides into sunset with slow dancer singing pizza mozzarella on his way out.
VS2: Johnny rides across the screen with slow dancer, the moment the freeze frame somes up to show his name, he rides in a pose similar to the rider on the SBR race logo.
VS3: johnny poses with tusk act 4 as it yells “CHUMIMIN!” the victory theme is again from the eoh results screen.
Alternate colors: For his default appearance, he wears his default outfit from his appearance in eoh, tusk wears its appearance from eoh as well
Color 2: johnny wear a dark purple, green and brown, tusk is green with purple dots. (Gyro and Ball Breaker)
Color 3: johnny wears silver and pink, tusk is all golden. (Hot Pants and Cream Starter)
Color 4: johnny wears dark green and teal his hair is more yellow, tusk is yellow and grey (Diego and The World)
Color 5: johnny wears green and black, gold, and streaks of red, tusk is mostly yellow with silver around it (Soundman and In a Silent Way)
Color 6: Johnny wears yellow and orange with brown skin, tusk is khaki, green, and purple (Pocoloco and Hey Ya!)
Color 7: Johnny wears pink and light purple, tusk is pink and baby blue, (Funny Valentine and D4C)
Color 8: Johnny wears his outfit from the manga, tusk is in its manga appearances
Speed: With Slow dancer johnny has a max speed of 2.798( that's faster than Captain Falcon! But not by much.) Without his horse johnny can only go a speed of 1.798( Thats a tad bit faster than Rosalina & Luma)
Weight: Johnny by himself has a weight mass of 39 (about roy and chrome weight)
Fallspeed: and his fallspeed is 1.65, at max its 2.68(about Ike’s to Cloud’s fallspeed.)
The Kirby Hat: If kirby swallows Johnny(slow dancer cant be swallowed), He'll be sporting johnnys hat with each acts neutral special.
Other:
Items: The Zombie Horse String, opponents can stitch themselves with it and heal 15%.
The Holy Corpse: Similar to the Dragoon Item, collect them all and 1 of 5 things will happen:
Your percentage is set back to 0%
One of your opponents will instantly die
You gain invincibility for a longer time than the Invincibility Star
You gain a extra stock(life)
The Corpse decides your not worthy, you die instantly.
Spirits: Every significant racer in SBR, funny valentine, lucy steel, josuke(JJL ), and the more important members of the higashikata family.
Since the anime has yet to be released, johnny will be voiced by his voice actor in EOH, Yuki Kaji(i think thats his name.)

Im not even gonna watermark this. I just want to post this and move along. It's not even wellmade. Very much an "ING!!" moment indeed.
While I’m reading SBR, I’ll be making a report of all the characters and my opinions I’m currently on chapter 10, so here are my takes on all the characters so far.
Gyro Zeppeli: Fecking great, but I’m worried about getting too attached to his character because of the fate of the other Zeppelis before him.
Johnny Joestar: So far so good. Still like Giorno and Jolyne better, but the idea of a crippled Jojo is an interesting one.
Diego Brando: Seems like a narcissistic cock as usual, I know he’s not gonna be the main villain (I’ve avoided most spoilers, but quite a few have slipped through)
Avdol 2: Didn’t get enough time to get attached because he f u c k i n g d i e d
Sandman: Quite an interesting idea, I wonder if he’ll be joining forces with Johnny.
Pocoloco: best boi so far, and you cannot change my mind
