Abilities:
- Fixation: Both a Passive and Manual ability, much like the original Ability. Any movement done by the enemy of Sale can be a fixed to anything else without having the need to touch the enemy. This is done automatically once harm is wished upon Sale by any means, this includes stands and their users being fixated to one place, unable to move until they are 'released 'by Sale. Even stands such as Star Platinum can be a fixed still, unable to move. KWR can even fixate molecules, giving Sale the ability to seemingly walk on air, when actually, he's using the molecules or the air beneath him as steps.
- Energy Storage: Sale can measure and tell how much kinetic, and some other types, energy are in anything. This can also be used to build up energy into still objects/people. KWR is naturally physically powerful, easily able to overpower stands like King Crimson or Star Platinum, but, once things are fixated on place, all their energy gets absorbed into the KWR or Sale himself. He can then use this absorbed energy to defeat enemies in single blows, as he can control how much energy is released or built up into other objects (like what he did with the bullet against Mista, but can put it to his desired amount or energy whenever.).
- Tracker: Anything the user wishes to know the location of, he will know, able to accurately pinpoint wherever they want is.
