@StrangerAtaru Araki directly confirmed that Forever's name is from the Wu-Tang album Forever was never named in the manga he only got the name forever for the Playstation port of HTFTF in which Araki named him after the Wu-Tang album

Could bound Stands bind themselves to other bound Stands?

Like Strength (The orangutan's Stand) binding itself to Oasis and crushing him with his own suit, or Strength binding itself to Anubis and making a flying sword.

I was rewatching part 3 and was watching the devil vs polnareff and i was thinking to myself this is a lot like chucky, the killer doll from the Child’s Play series. So it got me thinking what if other stands and stand users are movie references? I did some research and here’s what I found.

Avdol

Avdol is a fortune teller. Fortunate tellers are not a huge staple of the horror film genre but do appear.The best examples i can give are the wolf man ( 1941 ) and Poltergeist (1982)

Tower of Gray

Flys are gross and especially big ones. TOG’s mouth is an obvious reference to Alien.

Dark blue moon

References

DBM definitely as a slight resemblance to The Monster from CFTBL. The JAWS reference is the StarDust Crusaders are on a boat and SP ORA ORA a shark, U could argue It’s not a reference and was just a coincidence.

Forever and Strength

The stand strength is an obvious reference to the ghost ship trope. Forever himself is probably a reference to King Kong himself because i don’t know any other bad ape movies. The Shower scene between Anne, Forever And Jotaro is a reference to the famous Shower scene from Psycho (1960) Only difference is the latter’s victim didn’t have Jotaro to save her. These are just speculation hopefully u guys found this a little interesting, I’ll do part 2 tomorrow.
