So, this is just my opinion, but I wanted to do a list like this and the most powerful is too simple. This is also rather simple, but it requires a bit more thought than 'G.E.R go brr, you ded'

spoiler warning as well.

10: Survivor (Guccio)

The Weakest Stand. Said by DIO himself.

Incredible weak and small, you'll barely realise you stepped in it. Which is exactly what it wants.

Survivor's ability is basically to invoke the bloodlust state into people. In this state, those affected are incredibly violent and strong. But, this doesn't sound too bad. That is, if, A) it affects a bunch of people at once B) it allows those affected to see the enemies weakest points, allowing for murder to ensue. Imagine this: a stadium full to the brim with spectators. Guccio has had enough and activates his Stand. Think of the chaos and bloodshed that would happen. Oh, you just came out the hospital from torso surgery? That just sounds like a place to hit.

9: Purple Haze (Pannacotto Fugo)

Purple Haze is a short range humanoid stand that has little capsules on its knuckles that, once broken, can go around five meters in daylight, infecting all living creatures within this space with an incredibly potent virus that basically melts the victim's body in less than thirty seconds. The virus is airborne and simple going into contact with it will infect you. It's so potent, Fugo can not even control this virus, refusing to use this stand unless he needs to 100%.

and, what's even more fun is that, in darkness, the Stand's virus is even more dangerous, with near nothing to stop it due to light being it's weakness.

8: Killer Queen (both) (Yoshikage Kira/YoJo)

Both of the Stand's main ability in to create a bomb in anything it touches to completely atomise the target. What else to you need?

how about the ability to create a mini tank that track the nearest heat source and blows up depending how hot it is. It can break the guard of STAR PLATINUM FROM A SIMPLE FIRE!

But wait! There's more! That's only the tank of Yoshikage Kira's KQ. YoJo's Killer Queen can create a bunch of explosives bubbles that are just bombs which to can be forced into a victims face of KQ gets a bit on its target (like creating bubbles IN someone's face from one punch). And it also has its own mini tank. Haha. Sorry. tankS! This KQ can create a bunch of these mini tanks that a) can become so small that they can enter bloodstreams and b) are completely controlled by YoJo. No simple programming here.

it honestly depends what sort to chaos you want to cause.

7: Green Day (Cioccolata) & Oasis (Secco)

let's start with the sadist first.

Wait.

Okay, let's start with the doctor.

Cioccolata's stand is Green Tea. A stand that has the ability that allows it to produce an airborne mold virus that infects people simply when they go down in any way.

Went to pick something up? Say bye to your hand.

Tripped. Prepare to disintegrate into mold and die near instantly.

Also, the more people infected and killed by this mold, the further it spreads, to the point all of Rome was in danger.

And that's not taking about how the users partner in literal crime Secco has a stand that's works perfectly with this ability.

Secco's stand, Oasis is the second wearable stand in the series.

It's ability in to basically turn its nearby surroundings into a mud like substance, thus MAKING LIVING BEINGS AFFECTED GO DOWN (or drown). You accidentally trip because of this? Say hello to Cell in Hell for me.

It can also melt people sooooooo......

6: Cream (Vanilla Ice) (I had to use this picture)

This Stand has a pretty terrible weakness. While using it's main ability to its full potential, the user is blind and can only fight by relying in instinct.

However, while using this ability, Vanilla Ice is invincible and unbeatable.

inside Cream's mouth is an infinite void that disintegrates anything that goes inside it. The user can go inside his Stand with no problem, and, once making the stand eat itself, is and invisible, invincible void of nothingness that can not be stopped!

5: C-Moon (Enrico Pucci: Awaiting New Moon)

Ah, the gravitational wonder that is C-Moon.

this one is a humanoid stand that has the ability to manipulate gravity.

One way is making its user the centre of all gravity in a multi mile radius. This means it can topple cities with ease, destroy towns like it is nothing.

A second way is to invert anything it's fists touch. For example, if C-Moon punches you in the chest, say hello to your heart and organs, because you're gonna see them. This ability is so powerful, C-Moon's physical destructive power can't be measured, like a certain Requiem stand.

4: Scary Monsters (Dr. Ferdinand/Diego Brando)

We've already discussed virus' here. But not one this dangerous, and that's saying something.

Scary Monsters gives the user the ability to turn almost anything into dinosaurs, Which is a pretty cool ability, honestly.

The stand can make dino furniture!

and turn people into dinosaurs, not just the user, but anyone the user uses the stand on.

Those affected turned into a dino by the user are under the control of the user.

But, what makes this stand so dangerous?

Well, as I said earlier, it's basically a virus. Those turned into dinos can also turn other people into dinosaurs by scratching them for the user to control, and, when insects can be turned into dinosaurs, if this stand is left out of control, t would cause absolute disaster and destruction.

3: Weather Report (Weather Report/Wes Bluemarine)

Ah, the weather.....

An incredibly dangerous and powerful force. And this stand takes advantage of that. The user can create massive tornadoes, affect the atmosphere and even increase the amount of pure oxygen in around you. and that kills you. Lose control of this stand and cities are doomed. You can't exactly fight the weather. But, plot twist, something worse happens when you loose control of the stand than large city level destruction. And, what happens is a 'heavy weather '.

2.5: Heavy Weather (Domenico Pucci)

The True ability of Weather Report.

Heavy Weather.

It creates rainbows that, once seen, make you believe you are a snail. Not only this, but you are TURNED INTO A SNAIL. And anyone who touches these snails also turn into a snail.

2: Bohemian Rhapsody (Ungalo)

God.

you want destruction?

you want chaos?

this is the stand you need.

BR can turn fiction into reality. Kenshiro from FoTNS? ATATATA! He's real.

Spiderman? Boom, real. Lord Frieza? Hohohoho. He's real.

I'm surprised the world wasn't destroyed during the Bohemian Rhapsody Arc.

and what's even more fun is that, if you encounter a character you recognise, you soul gets split from your body and you turn into them. Y'know what THIS means!? Whatever fate they had, you have. I don't care if he was revived, you met Krillin? BOOM!

and this stand is even affects the entire Earth.

the massive weakness that this stand has however is that, if you create a character who specifically gets rid of the ability of Bohemian Rhapsody, it can never activate again.

that's why it's not in the number 1 place, but number 2 ain't bad.and

1: Wonder Of U (Tooru) & Chariot Requiem (Nobody)

Honestly, these two stands may as well be Alternate Universe Equivalents.

They both just slowly walk in the opposite direction.

They both user their ability to protect someone or something.

They are both near unlikable and immortal, except for using a very specific orb.

They both live on without their user.

They both break almost every stand rule there is.

Of course, I'm talking about the stand of the Head Rock Human and Commander of the Rokakaka Organisation, Wonder Of U, and the ex-stand of one of the final Crusaders who died protecting everything, Chariot Requiem.

Now, let's go through them 1 by 1.

Firstly, Chariot.

Chariot can switch the souls of all the people in its area of effect. This being around, the entirety of Rome!

From birds and dogs to adults and babys. You have a soul, it gets switched.

This is just the beserk period. Once this period is over, all affected will then get their body's and souls fused with being a from other worlds and dimensions, slowly turning them into mindless beings.

all of this, to protect the stand arrow.

and, if a stand user tries to take the arrow from Chariot, their very own stands attack them.

and the only way to kill it, is to destroy a light behind your head, One that you can't even see unless you can see in third person, which means killing yourself. Man, this a terrifying stand.

of course, he's best friends with: Wonder Of U

Wonder Of U is probably the second most powerful stand in Jojo, behind the Action Reverter.

the ability of this terrifying stand, is the manipulation of the flow of calamity. Anyone who pursues this stand, or even thinks about the stand/user, will have the flow of all calamity go towards them. Basically, the world is literally against them. Even after the user dies, the stand keeps going, being a physical embodiment of calamity. The only way to truly fight the stand is to defy and go beyond logic itself.

needless to say, in my opinion, Chariot Requiem and Wonder Of U are the most dangerous stands in JoJo (with Bohemian Rhapsody being an incredibly close second, that may as well be first as well.

SURVIVOR USES THE GERMAN SUPLEX BAM SURVIVOR USES THE ROCK BOTTOM AND THEN SURVIVOR FINISHES WITH STONE COLD STUNNER ON GIO BAM GIO IS KNOCKED OUT COLD HE'S BEEN PUT ON LIFE SUPPORT AND IS NOW IN A COMA WITH LITTLE CHANCE OF WAKING as survivor leave he looks back using the rock eyebrow raise knowing he is now the ultimate being

In the description of the Survivor stand, it states that the ability of it increases the affacteds Fighting Spirit.

So, Since stands are manifestations of ones fighting spirit, does that mean Survivor can actually awaken stands in people who's stand hasn't awoken before hand? Or am I over thinking this?
