Is it only the 4 that are on netflix or are there more? If there only 4 then why is there episode 9?

So idk if its Canon or not but ok i just finished part 4 like literally today and im gonna watch Golden Wind tomorrow but i wanna know when i should watch the Rohan OVA or when it takes place so do i watch it in between 4 and 5 or do i watch it after i finish part 5 because idk

Araki is making another fricken rohan ova where rohan just doesn't move.

A stand-like figure was shown behind Yoma lots of times (at least in the OVA), was it him manifesting a stand through dedication of plotting his revenge against Rohan, or was it something different? I can't seem to find any definitive yes or no answers, so I'm curious what anyone else has to say about it.

Its not the best, but it was just to get a grasp on how to use a monitor tablet
