Okay, so Go Beyond technically doesn't exist, as it is infinitely close to zero. I don't know if GER can Return To Zero something that technically doesn't exist, but I'd say Go Beyond has a good chance. I might be wrong though.

Well, it wasn't the ACTUAL Sun breathing in Part 2, more like its imitation, considering that pretty much every single person who truly knew how to use Hamon got killed, and couldn't transfer the full knowledge.
