Actually, There is no Requiem Arrow, That one is a different design, but same abilities, You have to directly stab a stand to obtain requiem, with any arrow.
I think it would be in the same universe as part 7 and 8 and It should be another girl maybe the daughter or granddaughter of Josk8 named Joanne, I feel her stand ability should being able to peek into different universes and Akari has established that Parts 1-6 are different universes than 7 and 8. I feel like Joanne should peek into the original universe and see part 6s ending with Pucci's made in heaven and then her and her Joestar group try to prevent part 6 ending from happening and her stand has acts so with every act it goes up she can get closer and closer to getting in the original universe and there are ENEMY STANDS in her universe still.
